How does it work?
Adjust your holiday entitlement to suit your circumstances.
- Buy up to one week*
Note that the maximum number of days that can be carried over from the previous year will be equivalent to your working week, including any days that you buy.This means that your ability to buy holidays may be limited if you have any to carry over into the next year.
- Sell up to 2 days
Each day that you buy or sell will be calculated as 1/260th of your basic full time salary. If you choose to sell any days, the amount can be used to purchase other benefits within SH Online Reward but cannot be taken as a cash payment.

*One week means the equivalent of your working week, e.g. if you work 4 days per week, you may only buy 4 days' holiday
Read before you buy
- You will need to agree the timing of any holiday with your line manager before booking.
- Holidays can only be set at the start of the scheme year and cannot be amended as part of a Life Event.
- Your holiday entitlement will be for the holiday year which runs from 1 January to 31 December.
