Health Screen
How does it work?
- As an employee of Stephenson Harwood, you are entitled to a Health Screen as part
of your benefits package.
- A detailed assessment of your health is carried out, after which you will receive
a personal report highlighting the areas which may need to be addressed to help
you stay in the best of health.
- You can choose between a , , , or upgrade to an
.
- To take advantage of this benefit, you need to select this option on your personal
selection form.
- If you are unable to attend the Health Screen, please ensure that you give the provider
at least 24 hours' notice or you will be liable to pay the cancellation charge.
- If you have not attended a Health Screen in the past two years, you will be required
to select this benefit and will be contacted by the provider when you are due to
attend your next Screen.
