How does it work?
- To take advantage of this benefit, you need to select this option on your personal
selection form.
- For details of the level of cover provided, please click .
- If you choose not to join this scheme, you will not be provided with any other benefits,
to an equivalent value, in return.
- You can choose to increase the level of cover provided.
- You can also take out cover for your spouse or partner and/or family but this must
be the same type of cover as you have chosen for yourself.
Read before you buy
- If you choose to increase the level of cover provided, the additional cost will
be deducted from your net pay over a 12 month period.
- You should pay your dentist at the time of treatment and then submit your claim
to the provider. You will then be reimbursed, subject to the individual treatment
limits of your chosen level of cover.
